A common remodel for a master bath is to steal the space from an adjoining closet. That is how we were able to accommodate both parties with a separate shower and tub area. This project cost a little over $25,000 in 2000.
This project includes a beautiful porcelain sink and an energy saving sun tube installation - an Elegant bathroom in a quaint Tudor style home!
Originally an outdated wall hung sink, tiny fiberglass shower stall and in-swinging door, we utilized the space very well in this tiny master bathroom.
The homeowners of this project didn't want to completely gut and remodel their entire bath so we installed a new tub faucet on the existing tub, re-tiled, pulled out their old fiberglass shower stall and gave them a larger walk-in shower with a bench and glass door. We left their existing vanity but installed a nice granite top with 2 new faucets and new light fixture. This project cost a little over $15,000.00.
A European style luxury bath. This bathroom originally was an odd shaped "loft" in a contemporary 80s style house. This client wanted a European flair and we gave it to him! We added a large window high up on the wall to pour in light. We used wall hung toilets, a deep soaking deck mounted tub and double vessel sinks on a large granite slab. We also installed a large towel warming rack that doubled as a heater!
